If you have completed your payment but have not received the serial code email, please note the following:

- The serial code can also be confirmed from the [Order History] section within your [Account] (except for purchases of multiple DL gift cards at once). For details, please check [ Checking Purchased Products ] .
- It may take some time before the serial code email is sent.
- If you do not receive the email after waiting for a while, please check your spam folder and email reception settings.
- If you used certain payment methods like GooglePay, the email may be sent to the email address associated with that payment method. Please check the inbox and spam folder of the email address linked to the payment method you used.
- Incorrect email addresses are frequently entered during the purchase process. Please check that you didn't:
1. Enter an incorrect domain
2. Make a typo
3. Use an email address that is no longer active
